About The Event

Join Faeth Therapeutics for a virtual key opinion leader (KOL) event featuring Marcus Goncalves, MD, PhD (NYU Langone Health & Scientific Co-founder, Faeth Therapeutics), who will join company management to discuss the PAM (PI3K/AKT/mTOR) pathway in human cancer and the company’s upcoming Phase 2 readout in endometrial cancer.

The event will provide an overview of the PAM pathway, a critical signaling network that regulates cell growth, survival, and metabolism, and one of the most frequently altered oncogenic signaling pathways in human cancer. Management will compare single-node inhibition with Faeth’s vertical multi-node approach, called PIKTOR, a therapeutic combination of the PI3K inhibitor serabelisib and mTOR inhibitor sapanisertib. During the call, management will highlight recently-presented translational work which led to the dose and schedule of PIKTOR currently being evaluated in its Phase 2 trial as well as clinical data from a prior Phase 1b trial. Management will also highlight the unmet need for novel therapies in endometrial cancer, where approximately 80% of tumors harbor a PAM pathway alteration, and treatment options following checkpoint inhibitor therapy remain limited. Topline data from the company’s Phase 2 trial is anticipated by year-end.

A live question and answer session will follow the formal presentations.
