SUMMARY:Transgene Virtual KOL Event: Expanding Transgene’s myvac® Platform into NSCLC with TG4070\, an Individualized Neoantigen Therapeutic Vaccine
DESCRIPTION:Join Transgene for a virtual key opinion leader (KOL) event featuring Professor Nicolas Girard (MD\, PhD\, Professor of Thoracic Oncology at Curie Institute and Principal Investigator of the TG4070 trial)\, who will join company management to discuss Transgene’s myvac® platform expansion into non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with TG4070. \nTG4070 is Transgene’s second Individualized Neoantigen Therapeutic Vaccine (INTV) candidate\, reflecting the strategic expansion of the myvac® platform into NSCLC. The event will discuss Transgene’s initiation of a new randomized Phase 1 trial evaluating TG4070 in combination with nivolumab in the adjuvant treatment of resected NSCLC\, where approximately 65% of patients do not achieve a major pathological response after neoadjuvant chemo-immunotherapy and remain at high risk of relapse. \nThe event will also cover the key features differentiating TG4070 from the first asset of myvac®\, TG4050\, which is currently in a randomized Phase 2: \n\nSNIPER\, Transgene’s fully internalized\, AI-driven bioinformatics tool for high-precision neoantigen identification and prioritization\nA scalable\, cell-line-based manufacturing process designed to improve turnaround times\, reproducibility and scalability relative to CEF-based production\n\nA live question and answer session will follow the formal presentations.
