About The Event
Watch the replay here for a KOL Webinar with Vaccitech, featuring Eleanor Barnes, MBBS, PhD, FRCP, FMedSci (University of Oxford, Nuffield Department of Medicine) and Ed Gane, MBChB, MD, FRACP, MNZM (University of Auckland) who will discuss the current treatment landscape for patients with the Hepatitis B Virus (HBV), combination approaches to enhancing rates of functional cure and the potential of the antigen-specific immunotherapeutic approach.
The Vaccitech team will provide a clinical overview of VTP-300, the first antigen-specific immunotherapy that has been shown to induce sustained reductions in HBsAg. Vaccitech is studying VTP-300 in combination with other agents, including siRNA and low-dose anti-PD-1 antibodies, to control the infection and counterbalance the immune suppression and T cell exhaustion in the liver caused by chronic HBV.
A live question and answer session will follow the formal presentations.
